Responsibilities
Be the sole on-site IT support for a manufacturing plant
Serve as the primary IT contact for all hardware, software, and user support across the plant
Handle day-to-day support for Windows 10 devices, Active Directory, SCCM/MDT, Office 365, networking basics, and general troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
2+ years of IT support experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Hands-on role as the primary IT contact for all hardware, software, and user support
Day-to-day support for Windows 10 devices
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with SCCM/MDT
Experience with Office 365
Knowledge of networking basics
General troubleshooting skills
