Responsibilities

Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications
Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including resource stewardship, including near and long-term objectives
Lead the design and implementation of regional Build-to-Operate and Service-to-Handoverbusiness processes. Participate in new cable system deployments to ensure all operational, telemetry, and maintenance requirements are met before commercial launch
Act as the executive technical point of contact for tier-1 carrier customers, bridging the gap between their engineering teams and the network operations teams. Oversee the end-to-end service journey, from initial customer onboarding and activation to capacity upgrades and decommissioning
Partner with Sales to provide technical validation and solutioning for international connectivity products. Lead regional governance cadences to oversee network changes, maintenance, and risk mitigation

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
Experience with customer engagement, network design, network connectivity, process capability assessment, reporting, technology sales and operational support systems

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with network configuration and operational analysis
