Responsibilities

Provide expert-level SAP UK support across various modules like SD, FICO, HR/ Payroll, WM, BW, and/or MM modules for clients across multiple industries
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise SAP modules, ensuring smooth operations for clients
Perform root-cause analysis of complex issues, identifying practical solutions and preventative measures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders
Take ownership of client cases, ensuring SLAs are met without compromising quality
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience
Stay updated on SAP releases, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to client solutions

Required

10+ years of hands-on SAP experience in multiple modules such as SD, MM, HR/Payroll, WM, BW, and FICO
Strong technical and/or functional SAP expertise, including configuration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of SAP architecture, implementation practices, and key functionality
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, capable of tackling complex challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams
Proven team player who contributes to cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
