Responsibilities

Oversee sales within an assigned territory
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and dealers
Work to achieve and exceed sales targets
Conducting customer visits
Facilitating product demonstrations
Providing training
Addressing customer inquiries or concerns
Collaborating with the sales team to implement strategies that enhance market presence and drive growth

Required

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue and meet targets
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and dealers
Experience in delivering Training to customers and team members
Proven ability to work in an on-site, collaborative setting
Knowledge of heavy equipment or construction industry is a strong advantage
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
