Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to manage and grow relationships with clients in the Healthcare & Life Science sector. This role focuses on account farming—driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts.

Responsibilities

Own and grow strategic accounts in the Healthcare & life science vertical
Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels)
Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps
Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions
Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies
Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities
Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication

Required

Dynamic and experienced in Business Development Management (BDM) within the Healthcare & Lifescience sector
Proven track record in managing and growing relationships with clients

Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders at various levels (engineering, procurement, product, and executive)
