Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years expertise in Trust & Probate Litigation
Demonstrated superb legal skills
Highest reputation for ethics and client service
Minimum $300K portable annual book of business
Extensive experience as lead counsel in trust and probate litigation cases
Member of the California Bar
Preferred
California certified specialist in Trust & Estates, Trust & Probate Law (desired)
