The role involves collaborating with various departments to gather requirements and develop a SharePoint solution for managing Engineering records.

Responsibilities
Assess the current records and associated documentation
Work with IT, Legal, Business, etc. to identify and document all Engineering records
Develop the Records Index (integrating the current retention schedule) in SharePoint ensuring that it meets organizational standards and is scalable
Qualification
Required
Hands on experience developing SharePoint lists / solutions
Hands on experience supporting a Records Management environment
Strong writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
