Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facilities management across multiple corporate locations, ensuring consistent service delivery, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Serve as the project lead for the buildout of a new Houston office, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver a best-in-class workplace
Develop and implement facilities policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance building performance, reduce costs, and improve employee experience
Maintain adherence to local regulations, environmental health and safety (EHS) standards, and company policies across all sites
Create and manage annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring cost control and alignment with business objectives
Evaluate current operations, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that support growth
Lead and mentor a team of facilities professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities
Partner with HSE to maintain safe work environments and lead emergency response and business continuity planning
Oversee service contracts, including RFPs, audits, and financial reviews, ensuring invoices align with contract terms and deliverables
Build strong relationships across the organization, communicating effectively at all levels to align facilities strategies with business needs
Qualification
Required
4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Two (2) or more years Experience in managing others (Required)
Eight (8) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
Proven experience managing facilities across multiple locations
Strong background in facilities services, preventive maintenance, and project management
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a multi-site environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
Preferred
Four (4) or more years Experience in managing a company's headquarters (Preferred)
