Responsible for assessing new applications, understanding evolving business needs, and defining system requirements to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals
Analyzing business processes
Evaluating new technologies
Gathering and documenting requirements

Qualification
Required
Educational requirements (IT, Business, MIS, etc.)
Years of experience as BA/Systems Analyst
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Communication and presentation skills
Stakeholder management
Documentation and organizational skills
Preferred
Preferred certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum, ITIL, etc.)
Agile/Scrum or Waterfall working experience
Tools like: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, Lucidchart, MS Project, etc
