Enterprise Account Executive

The Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, collaborate with executive leadership, and help shape the company's sales strategy as they grow and tackle complex challenges in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
Work closely with founders and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion
Engage technical stakeholders (engineering, platform, security, compliance) with empathy and credibility
Manage pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity — no bloated forecasting
Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing, GTM strategy, and the future of our customer experience
Qualification
Required
Demonstrable and proven commercial SaaS sales experience, ideally in developer tools, security, or infrastructure
5+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
Thrive in early-stage environments where ambiguity is the norm and you like building the playbook, not just running it
Know how to communicate clearly with technical buyers — not afraid to ask questions, dig deep, and listen more than you talk
Can create demand, not just manage it — comfortable prospecting and storytelling in new markets
Are coachable, curious, and motivated by solving real problems for real users
Have an ownership mindset and bias for action
Preferred
Sold into engineering, DevOps, or security teams
Experience with compliance or risk-adjacent workflows (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
Been a founding or early sales hire before
