Founding Demand Generation Manager
Paren is the leading vertical SaaS platform for real-time electric vehicle charging insights, and they are seeking a Founding Demand Generation Manager to build and own the demand generation function from the ground up. This role involves designing campaigns, optimizing for qualified pipeline, and partnering closely with sales to ensure lead quality and revenue impact.

Responsibilities
Design and run demand generation programs to grow qualified pipeline
Turn Paren’s organic traction into repeatable, scalable campaigns
Build and operate the systems that connect marketing activity to revenue
Partner closely with sales to ensure strong lead quality, fast follow-up, and continuous feedback
Measure, forecast, and improve pipeline contribution over time
Start hands-on, with the opportunity to grow in scope and responsibility as the company scales
Qualification
Required
6–12 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation
Prior experience growing demand at a company in the $1M–$10M ARR range, where structure and repeatability were still being built
Proven ability to turn early traction into a predictable pipeline
Comfortable owning metrics and outcomes, not just activity
Analytical, structured, and execution-oriented
Able to operate independently and report directly to the CEO
