Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Planned Giving and Annual Giving strategies
Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation
Proven skills in Project Management and effective collaboration across teams
Deep understanding of Philanthropy principles and practices
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
Experience working with donor relationship management tools
Proven track record in achieving fundraising goals
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
