Responsibilities
Cold calling, canvassing, traveling, and building relationships with property owners
Speaking with brokers and other intermediaries to generate deal flow
Researching target markets to uncover off-market opportunities
Conducting preliminary underwriting and due diligence
Analyzing market comps, financials, and property performance
Presenting opportunities internally with clear logic and data
Managing deals from offer through contract to close
Coordinating with legal, title, and internal stakeholders to drive timely execution
Qualification
Required
2+ years working as a commercial real estate agent/broker (self-storage experience preferred but not required)
Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Detail-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
