Deploy, install, and configure computers and workstations
Image devices and prepare equipment for end‑users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
Document and escalate tickets accurately
Support Windows client/server systems and wireless devices

Qualification

Hardware supportImagingWorkstation deploymentCustomer service skillsHospital experience

Required

2+ years hardware support
2+ years imaging and workstation deployment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work onsite full‑time
