Mid LevelScalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their team as an IT Business Analyst. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to analyze and interpret data, manage project deliverables, and improve business processes.

Responsibilities
Collect and interpret data, analyze results using analytical techniques, and provide ongoing results in a comprehensive manner
Review data flows design to understand and communicate impacts related to new data sourced and/or new projects
Complete business analysis tasks and help manage timelines in support of various projects
Manage processes, improve methods and procedures, and work with development partners to implement improvements
Manage project deliverables and review status with project teams
Qualification
Required
Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
Experience in collecting, organizing, and evaluating business data
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Good organizational and project management skills
Experience working in a Technology group
Preferred
Experience working in Global Financial Crimes Technology with Anti Money Laundering and Economic Sanctions knowledge
Experience with Risk management disciplines
Working experience in Pega projects
