Native or bilingual proficiency in English
Strong writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Articulate, confident, and able to steer conversations toward desired outcomes
Capable of non-linear thinking to achieve results
Comfortable rapidly gathering and processing large amounts of information from diverse sources
Technically proficient with (or able to quickly learn) software and automation tools used for growth hacking
A track record of working as a sole IC on long-running projects that require sustained effort
Able to autonomously prioritize, reduce scope intelligently, and hit tight timelines
Skilled at breaking down large initiatives into small, logical steps and choosing the most leveraged starting point
Able to identify the core of a problem and cut through noise
