The role involves supporting internal users with technical issues, educating employees, and maintaining software performance across design and engineering teams.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Provide Technical support for Autodesk products via phone, email, or remote sessions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to installation, licensing, configuration, and performance
Maintain and update Knowledge base articles and SOP
Collaborate with IT and project teams to deploy updates/patches
Provide training sessions as needed
Track and Manager support cases using internal ticketing systems
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Civil 3D and other design software including Bentley, Microstation, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360
Experience providing technical assistance and guidance to end-users and project teams
Ability to diagnose and resolve Civil 3D technical hardware and software issues
Experience in providing production Civil 3D support
Ability to educate and empower employees with Civil 3D and IT training
Experience logging Help Desk interactions in a timely manner
Ability to assist with developing, implementing, and enforcing Civil 3D workspaces and standards
Experience researching questions using available information resources
Ability to support Corporate CAD Manager's vision and responsibilities
Experience assisting with organizing CAD environment
Ability to assist with project standards coordination as required
Experience completing other duties as required/assigned
Ability to provide technical support for Autodesk products via phone, email, or remote sessions

Ability to maintain and update Knowledge base articles and SOP

Experience tracking and managing support cases using internal ticketing systems
Preferred
ACP (Autodesk Certified Professional) certification
Experience with helpdesk troubleshooting
Experience with design documentation
Experience with BIM and Leica
