Manufacturing Engineer
Saratech is seeking a hands-on CAE Analyst to evaluate, test, and refine AI-assisted simulation workflows. The role involves executing and validating AI-generated CAE workflows while providing structured feedback to improve their accuracy and usability.

Responsibilities
Execute and validate AI-generated CAE workflows in tools such as ANSYS, SolidWorks, and Abaqus
Compare AI-driven setups against best-practice, manually built models
Identify gaps in:
Boundary conditions
Meshing strategies
Solver selections
Post-processing and reporting
Run benchmark case studies (structural, thermal, vibration, CFD, Multiphysics)
Provide clear, engineer-to-engineer feedback to AI and product teams
Help define validation criteria and 'acceptable use' guidelines for AI in CAE
Document findings in concise technical summaries and example workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in CAE / simulation engineering
Strong fundamentals in structural FEA (linear/nonlinear, modal, frequency response)
Experience in at least one of: CFD, Thermal / Multiphysics, Vibration / fatigue
Proficiency with commercial solvers (ANSYS, NX Nastran, etc.)
Solid understanding of modeling assumptions and limitations
Comfortable questioning results and explaining why something works or doesn't
Interest in AI-assisted engineering workflows (you don't need to be an AI expert)
Preferred
Consulting or multi-industry experience
Experience reviewing or approving analysis work
Familiarity with automation, scripting, or DOE
Exposure to validation & verification (V&V) practices
