Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end implementation of our flight operations platform and supporting systems
Define the product requirements
Lead vendor implementations
Help define the operational technology backbone that powers every BOND flight
Translate complex operational workflows into system requirements
Ensure our technology investments deliver real operational value
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience in aviation technology or flight operations software
Direct experience with private aviation operations: Part 135 charter, fractional ownership, or aircraft management
Deep familiarity with flight operations workflows: scheduling, dispatch, crew management, maintenance coordination
Track record of successful SaaS platform implementations in aviation environments
Strong technical acumen: ability to define integration requirements, understand APIs, and collaborate with engineering
Excellent stakeholder management: able to translate between technical teams and operational users
Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and implementation roadmaps
Preferred
Prior experience at Portside, FL3XX, Avinode, or similar aviation technology companies
Experience with charter/fractional operators: NetJets, Flexjet, Wheels Up, XO, Sentient, or similar
Familiarity with aviation regulations (Part 91, Part 135) and their operational implications
Experience with adjacent systems: NetSuite, Salesforce, Databricks, or similar enterprise platforms
Background in operations, dispatch, or crew scheduling (operational experience is a plus)
Pilot certificate or aviation maintenance background
Experience with AI/ML applications in scheduling or operations optimization
Startup or high-growth company experience
