Atlas is a global strategic consulting firm focused on the Life Sciences industry. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented program manager to drive cross-functional initiatives within the Research IT space, supporting enterprise-level capability management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program execution, aligning Research IT priorities with enterprise strategy, architectural standards, and solution delivery frameworks

Guide capability management efforts, identifying, mapping, and optimizing business and technical capabilities across teams to support innovation, scale, and agility

Translate capability gaps into actionable roadmaps in partnership with enterprise architects and solution delivery teams

Drive development and adoption of capability frameworks, ensuring consistent maturity assessments, value realization, and alignment with business outcomes

Manage vendor relationships across Centers of Excellence, ensuring accountability, performance, and strategic alignment

Coordinate CoE governance, fostering knowledge sharing, process harmonization, and best practice adoption across research domains

Facilitate cross-team communication, drive issue resolution, and maintain visibility on risks, interdependencies, and milestones

Required

Demonstrated experience as a program manager in IT, with a focus on research, scientific, or highly regulated domains

Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, cross-functional teams, and matrixed stakeholders

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a track record of driving clarity in complex environments
