Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites
Perform timely repairs and provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and perform essential administrative duties
Manage tools, inventory, a company-provided vehicle, and other assets effectively
Build trusted relationships with both customers and internal teams
Contribute to financial goals by managing territory-based expenses and supporting revenue generation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
2+ years of relevant electro/mechanical equipment troubleshooting and repair
Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting tools and equipment
Previous experience working in a customer service capacity
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory and participate in an on-call rotation post-training
Preferred
Experience troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Xray, Nuclear Medicine, C-Arms)
Experience repairing, installing and troubleshooting Siemens imaging equipment
Experience working as an electronics technician
Prior experience in biomedical equipment troubleshooting and repair
