Responsibilities
Review and mark up commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, POs, Sales/Distribution Agreements, SaaS Agreements and More
Apply consistent legal judgment, and client context (playbooks, past dealings, matter specific guidance, etc) to AI-assisted first drafts of contracts and mark ups and identify gaps, risks, and negotiation opportunities
Collaborate with founders on how to best integrate AI into attorney work flow
Design AI-first workflows to streamline attorney process
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience at a BigLaw firm in a corporate/transactional practice
JD from a T14 law school
Detail-oriented and adaptable - can quickly understand nuances of legal ask
Strong written judgment and comfort working in a technology-forward legal environment
Preferred
Experience in a technology transactions or similar practice
Experience marking up MSAs, NDAs, and other common commercial agreements in technology sector
Admitted to Bar to at least one US state (NY and/or CA preferred)
Eligible to work in US
