Vireon is seeking a technical co-founder to own the backend of their platform. The role involves designing and building the backend architecture, ensuring data flows efficiently and effectively, and making core architectural decisions as the product evolves.

Responsibilities

Design and build the backend architecture from the ground up
Build data pipelines that ingest, clean, dedupe, and enrich market and news data
Decide how data is stored, cached, and served to the frontend
Build APIs that return clean, UI-ready data (not raw data dumps)
Make the product feel fast and dependable as usage grows
Work closely with the founder to turn product ideas into technical decisions

Required

You've built or maintained a production backend for a data-heavy product
