Navigate customer and prescriber profiles across multiple systems
Adapt quickly to varied customer interactions
Work both independently and collaboratively with pharmacy and fulfillment teams
Maintain professionalism and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment

Qualification

Customer service skillsCommunication skillsData entryNJ Pharmacy Technician licenseAdaptability

Required

Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfort with admin tasks and data entry
Willingness to obtain a NJ Pharmacy Technician license
Ability to train fully on-site and transition to hybrid
