The Wide Format Production & Vinyl Installation Specialist plays a critical hands-on role in delivering high-quality printed graphics and professional vinyl installations, supporting the full lifecycle of production and ensuring smooth execution during active jobs.
Printing
Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day wide format print production to ensure jobs are executed accurately and efficiently
Act as a point of contact during active projects, supporting clear communication with internal teams and clients as needed
Identify and escalate potential production issues early to prevent delays or rework
Assist in managing inventory of wide format consumables including media, vinyl, laminates, inks, and installation supplies
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering to avoid production interruptions
Maintain organized and efficient material storage areas
Support daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of wide format printers and finishing equipment per manufacturer guidelines
Monitor machine performance and assist with basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas
Oversee the preparation, quality check, and packaging of completed jobs
Ensure all outgoing orders are accurate, properly labeled, and ready for shipment or installation
Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines and delivery expectations
Execute vinyl installations with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail across a variety of surfaces and environments
Ensure proper surface preparation, application techniques, alignment, and finishing
Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism on all job sites
Continuously expand knowledge of vinyl wrapping, materials, tools, and installation techniques
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to improve installation quality and efficiency
Apply new methods and insights to elevate client outcomes and internal processes
Perform ongoing quality checks throughout production and installation phases
Proactively identify defects, inconsistencies, or issues and work toward effective solutions
Support a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement
Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support team operations and company success
