Responsibilities

Build and Launch: Partner with our client to develop a proprietary Personal Lines Program that sets a new industry benchmark

Expand Our Reach: Prospect and appoint new agents to distribute Personal Lines products (homeowners, auto, umbrella, etc.)

Strengthen Carrier Partnerships: Work with existing carrier appointments to drive growth and enhance product offerings

Educate and Empower: Train agency partners on our Personal Lines capabilities and help them unlock new opportunities

Underwrite with Precision: Quote new and renewal business, assess risk, and ensure competitive, profitable pricing

Lead with Insight: Monitor industry trends and performance data to guide product enhancements and strategic decisions

Streamline Operations: Collaborate with IT and Ops to improve systems and underwriting workflows

Grow the Team: Hire, mentor, and develop underwriting talent—building a high-performing, customer-focused team

Travel Smart: Visit agencies (up to 25%) to foster relationships and uncover new opportunities

Stay Audit-Ready: Prepare for carrier audits and respond with confidence and accuracy
