Experience in Digital SAP S4HANA Enterprise Management - Service
Skilled in customer service responsibilities including order entry, invoicing, and scanning
Ability to handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
Develop strategies to enhance customer service experience
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions
Experience in pricing management including existing price inquiry and price discrepancy at order entry
Ability to communicate price increase and manage price data files
Experience in customer-facing or inside sales roles
Product specification communication and product knowledge
Strong customer phone communication skills
