Metasys Technologies is seeking a Site Leader for their San Diego location. This hands-on role is responsible for day-to-day site operations, hospitality and event support, and office services, while leading a small onsite team and ensuring customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

Support hospitality and event setups, including food and beverage coordination
Manage conference rooms, A/V equipment, and incoming service requests
Perform printing, copying, scanning, mail, and overnight shipping using Ricoh equipment
Lead day-to-day operations of a small onsite team (up to 2 staff)
Serve as the onsite point of contact for customer issues and SLA compliance
Report and coordinate facility issues; assist with vendors and small office moves
Monitor office supplies and place orders using Oracle iProcurement
Provide staff training, manage timekeeping accuracy, and support performance management
Ensure quality, deadlines, and cost-effective use of materials
Complete site reports and basic invoicing as required

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of related experience
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred

Experience in hospitality, law firm, or customer service environment preferred
Experience delivering training and operating advanced office equipment
