Responsibilities
Overall transformation of the Finance function
Optimization of Regulatory Reporting including regulatory exam readiness
Improvement of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes
Transformation of Finance operations and Controller-related functions
Improvement of the Procurement processes
Qualification
Required
An undergrad or master's degree in finance, information systems, business, or a relevant discipline, supported by a strong academic record
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients
U.S. citizenship is required for candidates applying to the Government & Public Sector practice, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher within the specified timeframe, as determined by engagement requirements
Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong academic foundation in business and/or technology and demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions
Strong foundation in finance and information systems to bridge the gap between financial acumen and technological expertise
Basic understanding of AI and familiarity with prompt logic and data needs to drive AI modeling
Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot
