Responsibilities

Developing SharePoint sites based on user requirements
Provide tier-3 level support utilizing ServiceNow incident management
Vendor support related to troubleshooting applications and managing customer expectations
Support services related to SharePoint, SQL, and Power Automate / Nintex workflows

Required

Knowledge and experience with programming languages, database design, and security strategies
Knowledge of Web page development and maintenance supporting Web-based tools and utilities
Knowledge of the use of test plans and use cases to support the design and operation of SharePoint sites
Knowledge of emerging computing technologies in industry related to M365 and SharePoint
Knowledge of project management methodologies in order to meet deliverables, deadlines, and budget requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with programming languages, database design, security strategies and component integration
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with automation and strategies for achieving DevSecOps
Demonstrated knowledge of hardware and software integration and testing
Ability to review and understand end-to-end work processes
Ability to translate technical terms to layperson's terms and present them to non-technical audiences
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to attain a Q-Clearance is required for this position
