Responsibilities
Lead or support full lifecycle enterprise system implementations: Planning, requirements, configuration, testing, go-live, support
Coordinate vendor deliverables and implementation activities
Prepare project schedules, risk logs, communications plans
Support system integration, data migration and validation
Manage UAT and training support for County users
Document business processes and system workflows
Provide post go-live stabilization and enhancements
Qualification
Required
Enterprise systems implementation experience (large programs)
Business process analysis and requirements gathering
System integration and data migration support
UAT management and stakeholder coordination
Preferred
HR/Payroll/Finance platforms
