Mid LevelYour Place Mortgage, Title, & Insurance, LLC is seeking licensed Florida Mortgage Loan Originators who can independently originate loans and guide borrowers through the mortgage process. The role involves building relationships, managing files through closing, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

Responsibilities
Originate mortgage loans in Florida
Work directly with borrowers to assess financial needs and loan options
Take applications, collect documentation, and manage files through closing
Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, and referral partners
Stay compliant with federal and state lending regulations (yes, all of them)
Set and Hit your own production goals without sacrificing integrity or sanity
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS required)
Proven experience originating residential mortgage loans
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and allergic to excuses
Comfortable working independently but with a team-mindset
Tech-savvy enough to not fear a CRM or LOS (We use ARIVE)
Preferred
Existing book of business
Experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM products
Realtor or builder relationships already in place
