They are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to maintain their properties in top-notch condition, performing various maintenance tasks and responding to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities
Keeping properties in top-notch physical condition, inside and out
Performing maintenance tasks personally and/or delegating to assistants
Handling plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs, plus common area and exterior maintenance and repairs
Responding to after-hours emergencies and being on-call as part of the job responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Caring attitude, pride in your work and the apartment property
Self-motivated and hard-working
High-energy and commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment
Skilled in using power tools
Good people skills, friendly, helpful attitude
Basic technology skills with computers and tablets
Rotating after-hours on-call availability, rotating weekends
Frequent need to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
Good record keeping for work orders, parts orders, inventory and service/tenant follow-up
Valid driver's license
A satisfactory drug test and criminal background check are required
Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred
HVAC certification preferred
