Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and nurturing client relationships
Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work strategically and adapt to a dynamic and competitive business environment
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience in the construction or building industry is strongly preferred
