Office Manager
Anytime Care is a growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional care to senior clients. The Office Manager / Client Care Coordinator will oversee scheduling and client care operations, ensuring caregivers are matched with clients and communication is maintained effectively.
Responsibilities
Serve as the right hand to the Executive Director
Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts
Respond to call ins, missed clock ins/outs, and time off requests
Step in to cover a shift if needed
Communicate shift updates and introductions to clients and caregivers
Maintain accurate records in SwyftOps
Build and revise client schedules as needed
Track KPIs and assist with admin on call rotation
Qualification
Required
Highly organized
People focused professional
Experience in scheduling or administrative roles
Detail oriented
Proficient with Microsoft software
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately
Thrive in a fast paced, service driven environment
