Deputy Program Manager - Worldwide Third Party Contract

SGI Global, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs under the Worldwide Third Party Contract. The role involves assisting with personnel management, contract oversight, and coordination with Government stakeholders to ensure effective execution of BPA Calls.

Responsibilities

Serve as the secondary point of contact with INL for all technical and administrative matters related to the BPA and BPA Calls
Assist the Program Manager in supervising all third-party contractor personnel supporting the contract
Assume full Program Manager responsibilities in the absence of the Program Manager
Assist in maintaining staffing levels of 95% or higher at all times
Support achievement of required security clearances at a rate of at least 95%
Respond to Contracting Officer communications within eight business hours
Maintain continuous coordination with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative
Accurately track and report staffing levels in weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Support onboarding activities, including submission of Visit Authorization Requests, coordination of the badging process, and security briefings
Ensure all contract deliverables are submitted on time and meet Government requirements
Handle contractor and subcontractor personnel issues promptly and effectively
Hold and maintain all appropriate business licenses and ensure compliance with applicable country labor laws
Facilitate travel requests within one business day when required
Ensure appropriate work visas for contractor and subcontractor personnel

Required

U.S. Citizen
Active Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of five years of project or program management experience
Minimum of five years of experience managing U.S. Government contracts providing professional and administrative support services
Ability to act with authority on behalf of the contractor as designated Key Personnel when required
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities
