Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level, web-based distributed systems
Build responsive user interfaces using modern Web 2.0 technologies (e.g., AJAX)
Support mobility requirements across smartphones and tablets
Design highly available and scalable systems
Develop Java-based applications using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Spring)
Incorporate services into system design where appropriate
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
Follow modern software development standards and best practices
Utilize integrated development environments (IDEs)
Emphasize unit testing and quality-driven development
Participate in all phases of the SDLC: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with business analysts and end users to translate business requirements into incremental development initiatives
Work closely with business users, analysts, software engineers, DBAs, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and support staff
Clearly communicate technical concepts and project status to diverse stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience with Apache Tapestry
7+ years of experience with JavaScript
7+ years of experience with jQuery
7+ years of experience with EDI Transactions
7+ years of experience with JDBC
Strong experience with Java
Preferred

Experience with ActiveMQ
Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
Experience with SQL
Experience with MongoDB
Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
