Responsibilities
Design digital creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid advertising
Produce brand and corporate materials including pitch decks, brochures, reports, and marketing collateral
Convert creative briefs and concepts into clear, impactful visual designs aligned with brand guidelines
Ensure brand consistency across all designs, formats, and communication channels
Prepare final files for digital publishing and print production, ensuring technical accuracy (sizes, formats, bleed, resolution)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to review, refine, and finalize deliverables within deadlines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, attention to detail, and design standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong, relevant portfolio
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
Experience producing assets for digital channels (social media, ads, web, email) and print-ready materials when required
Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver production-ready files (correct formats, sizes, resolution, bleed)
Strong attention to detail, quality control, and consistency across deliverables
Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines remotely
Strong communication and collaboration skills; good command of English
Preferred
Working knowledge of Figma
