Responsibilities

Provide financial leadership and oversee financials for major product lines under Release Systems

Responsible for OSPI (Orders, Sales, Profit, Investment) analysis/variances as well as R&O’s (Risk & Opportunities)

Supervise direct reports ensuring financial commitments are met

Manage and forecast contracts – establish budgets, funding profiles, pricing/proposal support

Earned Value Management (EVMS) and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

Oversee Estimate of Completions (EACs) and profit impacts

Develop and present various ad hoc analysis and reports required to support Program Management Team and Sr. Management

Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Required

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience

Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience

Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preferred

Experience with DoD / Government Contracts

Experience with PeopleSoft or Hyperion is a plus

Strong analytical and excel skills

Proficiency with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and reporting

Strong leadership and interpersonal skill set, be capable of interfacing and forming strong business partnerships with division leadership and stakeholders

Proactive in developing solutions to complex problems and driving implementation

Possess strong communication skills (oral, written, listening)
