Responsibilities

Supports Kim’z Corner’s written voice across platforms and long-form storytelling initiatives
Content ideation
Copywriting
Narrative shaping
Translating complex cultural ideas into accessible, engaging language
Work may include social media copy, blog posts, Substack essays, articles on culture and celebrity, Instagram carousels, and transforming interviews into written editorial content
Supports partnership development and community activation across both B2C and B2B environments
Outreach
Research
Relationship management
Surveying
Event support
Building pathways into the Kim’z Corner ecosystem
Serves as the primary point of contact for website forum moderators
Manages the ambassador program
Supports recruiting partnerships
Identifies organizations and collaborators for aligned initiatives
Supports partnership research and development related to sponsorships and grant opportunities
Identifying aligned funding prospects
Assisting with application materials
Gathering documentation
Learning how partnerships and funding intersect within mission-driven creative organizations
Editing long-form interview and talk show episodes
Producing short-form clips, reels, hooks, and multimedia assets
Supplying video content for social media and the website platform
Collaborates closely with narrative and social teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with mission and tone

Merch and resource coordination
Ensuring projects move from idea to execution without burnout
Supports planning and execution of webinars and events
Maintains operational flow
Serves as a primary point of contact for internal operations

Required

Thoughtful, curious, and reliable interns who are interested in creativity, culture, narrative, design, sociology, mental health, media, community, or systems change
Strong writing skills, cultural fluency, and comfort working across formats for Narrative Strategy and Editorial Associate role
Strong communication skills, curiosity, and people-centered thinking for Community Partnerships and Engagement Lead role
Strong instincts for pacing, emotion, and visual communication for Video Production and Multimedia Editor role
Detail-oriented, deadline-aware, and interested in systems thinking for Operations and Program Management Coordinator role

Preferred
