Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive organic social-media strategy for Google Ads across key platforms with an eye towards expanding our presence on emerging platforms
Lead a team focused on proactive community-management, fostering meaningful conversations, and engaging with our audience to build a loyal and active following
Develop and implement a content distribution plan to share our Think with Google thought leadership and other marketing narratives with a executive audience, driving engagement and brand-affinity
Establish a data-driven approach to track and measure the performance of our organic social-media efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Partner with the content, campaigns, and product marketing teams to ensure our social-media presence is aligned with broader marketing initiatives and business goals

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
13 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field
5 years of experience leading and managing a team of social media professionals

Preferred

Experience developing and executing organic social media strategies for a B2B technology brand
Experience marketing to a C-level or VP-level audience at large, global enterprise companies
Expertise in community management and engagement on platforms such as YouTube, etc
Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging content
