Responsibilities
You will take raw footage from our Founder and use CapCut to produce high impact Reels
You will also manage our Podcast workflow, turning episodes into SEO optimized blogs and email sequences
You will own our ManyChat strategy and monitor DMs daily
You will ensure that no student question goes unanswered and that every lead is guided to the right resource or sales funnel
You will fully own our email marketing and CRM management
This includes landing page optimization and UTM tracking
You will ensure that our data is clean and our student journey is seamless
You will play a lead role in the digital marketing and partner outreach for our in-person conferences and promotional launches
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in CapCut for high speed editing
Proficiency in ManyChat for DM automation
Proficiency in Circle.so for funnels and email marketing
Ability to manage social media and own technical systems
Experience in producing high impact Reels from raw footage
Experience in managing podcast workflows and turning episodes into SEO optimized blogs and email sequences
Experience in email marketing and CRM management
Experience in landing page optimization and UTM tracking
Ability to coordinate digital marketing and partner outreach for events
Ability to implement tracking for content and funnels
Strong focus on conversion and genuine engagement
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and handle last minute decisions
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with founders
