DevOps Engineer
Sweed is a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. They are seeking a DevOps Engineer to enhance their infrastructure, implement automation processes, and optimize the development and deployment pipeline.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with development and IT teams to design and implement automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
Implement and manage containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to enhance scalability and resource utilization
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system and application performance, ensuring high availability
Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, including resource provisioning, cost optimization, and security
Work on enhancing monitoring and logging solutions to provide insights into system health and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between development and operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working in a DevOps or similar role
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, Rust, Java
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
Solid understanding of version control systems (Git)
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform)
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Good proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
Experience with serverless architectures and microservices
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and on-premises environments
Experience ETL (airbyte/airflow/dagster/dbt)
Understanding the writing of SQL queries
Worked with Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ
