Enterprise Account Executive
ZUUZ is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new revenue growth in the United States. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with various stakeholders to secure early customers and establish a repeatable go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities
Own a US revenue target and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities
Sell a complex, high-value product using consultative / solution selling
Run strong discovery: customer pains, stakeholders, security/compliance needs, buying process
Lead product demos, coordinate technical deep-dives, and manage pilots/POCs
Create and negotiate proposals, pricing, MSAs, and enterprise procurement workflows
Partner with product/engineering to ensure successful pilots and smooth handoffs to delivery
Build relationships with key influencers and champions; map multi-stakeholder accounts
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot)
Support partner/channel conversations when relevant (SIs, MSPs, tech alliances)
Provide feedback to improve positioning, competitive differentiation, and sales assets
Qualification
Required
5+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS (mid-market/enterprise)
Proven quota attainment (ideally multiple years at/above target)
Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders (CIO/CTO/VP/Director level)
Experience selling one or more of: AI/LLM, enterprise search, data platforms, workflow automation, security/compliance, SaaS integrations
Strong understanding of enterprise buying: security review, legal/procurement, stakeholder mapping
Skilled in discovery frameworks (MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication; can craft crisp follow-ups and proposals
High ownership, startup mindset, and ability to operate with speed and ambiguity
Authorized to work in the United States
