Parts Coordinator
Quality Sewing & Vacuum is seeking a Parts Coordinator who will manage the ordering, tracking, and distribution of spare parts for repairs or production. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate inventory management and customer service support.

Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, conducting physical counts, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring proper storage
Procurement: Ordering parts, managing backorders, and coordinating with vendors for timely deliveries
Order Fulfillment: Pulling, packing, and distributing parts to technicians or customers
Documentation: Tracking all parts movement, updating management systems, and processing invoices
Supplier Relations: Communicating with vendors, managing returns of incorrect or damaged parts, and resolving billing issues
Customer Service: Providing price quotes, answering inquiries, and updating clients on order status
Warranty Management: Seeks reimbursement for labor and parts on all in-warranty products
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Customer service experience
Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer skills (MS Office/Google)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the industry's specific parts
