Responsibilities
Drive project delivery to milestones and SLAs
Track and report service/project status (Azure DevOps)
Coordinate with Drive project delivery to milestones and SLAs, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
Track and report service/project status using Azure DevOps and other tools
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
Ensure continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, fostering innovation and automation
Act as subject-matter expert to guide technical decisions and resolve cross-domain challenges
Oversee risk management, escalation processes, and compliance with organizational standards
Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations at all levels002E
Support the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices across teams-functional teams
Ensure continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Technical project management (compute, storage, cloud)
Service level and project tracking/reporting
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred
PMP or equivalent
Azure certifications (as relevant to project scope)
