Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve network performance concerns, and develop comprehensive disaster recovery strategies
Offer technical assistance and guidance to users, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving complex operational issues
Install, configure, and oversee the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, installation issues, and downtime procedures while providing clear communication to users
Monitor applications and systems to safeguard infrastructure-related components
Maintain proper functionality of infrastructure equipment and software to support business operations
Translate user needs into efficient system designs that meet organizational objectives
Conduct system testing to verify alignment with business requirements
Research and address user requests for system modifications or issue resolution
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Proven ability to work independently, collaboratively in teams, and one-on-one with users
Hands-on experience with advanced routing, including network routing and LAN switching
Strong expertise in firewall management and configuration
Proficiency in managing and maintaining Microsoft Windows Servers
Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
Required
