Responsibilities
Manage large-scale IT and SAP transformation projects within the Business Solution HPM (High Performance Metals)
Take full ownership of scope, budget, quality, schedule, and risk management
Lead and coordinate global, cross-functional project teams
Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners, Solution Leads, and divisional IT units
Utilize Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency, efficiency, and agile collaboration
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders up to Steering Committee level
Qualification
Required
University degree in Business Informatics, IT Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
At least 8 years of experience in international IT project management, ideally in the metal or process industry
Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA rollout projects
Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
Excellent communication and leadership skills in an international context
Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%)
Preferred
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP®, IPMA®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP) preferred
SAP Activate Certificate preferred
