Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–7 installation technicians, ensuring skill development, productivity, and adherence to company standards
Oversee end-to-end delivery of network installation projects: planning, site assessments, execution, testing, documentation, and closeout
Design, install, and maintain Wi-Fi networks, surveillance camera systems, and supporting network infrastructure
Perform advanced network diagnostics, PC troubleshooting, device configuration, and performance validation
Supervise and participate in fiber installations, structured cabling, and cable routing
Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure project success and timelines
Maintain quality control, safety standards, and professional conduct on all job sites
Travel regionally on a weekly basis, with occasional nationwide assignments
Qualification
Required
Strong networking experience—including Wi-Fi systems, surveillance solutions, fiber and structured cabling
Proven ability to lead and develop field technicians

Hands-on experience with fiber, structured cabling, and network infrastructure deployments
Construction or low-voltage background
Previous supervisory, lead technician, or project leadership experience
Familiarity with reading site plans, network diagrams, and construction drawings
