Responsibilities

Create investment models for the company’s pending property acquisitions and solicit underwriting materials for all such purchases

Analyze operating performance trends, rent rolls, and revenue projections

Analyze financial data to ensure income and expense accuracy including the review of Bank Statements, P&Ls, management reports and tax returns

Collect and summarize market data including the review of competitor pricing and market supply

Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal committees

Attend internal deal team meetings and take notes/actions as needed

Track pipeline activity and update internal deal databases

Screen potential acquisitions to ensure they fit our investment criteria

Work with our deal sourcing teams to provide feedback and projections in a timely manner

Required

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics or related field

Ideally 0-2 years of experience and demonstrated growth in Finance/Accounting positions

A self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills, with the ability to follow through and report results in writing and via various Excel-based formats

Detail oriented

Team-focused mentality

Ability to work across many projects with varying levels of oversight

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
